Emerging Markets Outlook for the year 2019

After a very bad 2018, I would not be surprised if Emerging Markets will come back up next year. Both the US and the Chinese Administrations badly need a deal. Trump needs it to increase chances of re-election, Xi needs it to sustain the regime because lately China is decelerating dangerously in contraction territory as shown in the Factory Activity  Data issue last night.
