What Trade War? FDI in China is increasing

Surprisingly to me, Foreign Direct Investment into China increased 3.3% YTD and for the period Oct 2018 vs Oct 2017 it increased 7.7%. It does not look like Foreign Enterprises are deterred into entering the big Chinese Market
