Core PCE finally hit 2%

It looks like the Federal Reserve has good chances to raise interest rates another two times this year.

As you can see from the Chart below the Core PCE (light blue line) has hit 2%. This happened last time during the year 2012.

It is amazing how the US are decoupling from Europe and Asia. Will it be transitory or this divergence will hold going into 2019?
